Children's animation about the unique friendship between Lottie, a girl who doesn't fit in, and Nine, a cat who doesn't fit together properly. Van Halen the monster hunter is back in Oddsburg, but he's changed career and gone all showbiz. Lottie doesn't buy his Travelling Show of Curioddities one bit, especially when he announces a talent show for weirdness.
