Fireman Sam - Series 4 - The Case of the Liquorice Shoelaces

Fun with the friendly fireman. Someone has been stealing shoelaces from Dilys's shop, and the prime suspect is Norman Price. Surprisingly he isn't to blame, and sets out to prove his innocence with the help of friend Mandy. Fireman Sam advises Dilys to change the batteries in her smoke alarm, but she dozes off in front of the fire and forgets. Sam has to tackle another fire and Norman catches the real culprit.
