Fireman Sam - Series 4 - Birthday Surprise

Fun with the friendly fireman. Sam thinks that everyone has forgotten his birthday but really they're planning a surprise party. Norman goes to ridiculous lengths to keep Sam in the dark about the celebrations and invents all manner of delaying tactics to prevent the guest of honour arriving too early. Meanwhile, Dusty is sniffing around the buffet table and knocks over the birthday cake. The candles start a fire in Bella's cafe.
