Ready meals are here to stay, whether you think it's the height of laziness or a way to feed a time-pressed population. We eat more than 800 million of them each year in the UK, and there is huge variety of them, from a basic frozen lasagne to a fancy risotto. Charlotte Smith finds out who is now buying ready meals, what's in them and how much of the contents is, or could come, from British farms.
