Winter on the Farm 2/5 Winter vegetables should be in abundance at this time of year for warming stews and roast dinners but in extremes the weather can ruin the crop. Caz Graham visits Stockley Farm in Warrington as they battle sub zero temperatures to supply and deliver their organic vegetable boxes. The vegetables lie frozen into the ground under a layer of snow and ice which can threaten the harvest and makes it a tough job for those involved. Presented by Caz Graham and produced by Anne-Marie Bullock.
