It will be revealed today which Government departments face the greatest cuts in the Comprehensive Spending Review. The National Farmers Union says it accepts farmers may have to shoulder some of the costs but they shouldn't have to fund badly run schemes. Meanwhile EFRA chair Anne McIntosh says she wants to hear how DEFRA will balance cuts to their £3billlion budget while taking on the role of many of the quangos cut last week. The European Union has approved food products from the offspring of cloned animals can enter the food chain. Anna Hill asks what this will mean for the UK. Also, in the series looking at mega dairies in the USA Adam Henson hears from family farmers who say large scale units put pressure on them and the environment.
