A Dutch scientist believes we should be eating more locusts, crickets, and mealworms because they have a lower environmental impact than livestock. Charlotte Smith questions the dairy industry's record on pollution as Environment Agency figures show a quarter of agricultural pollution incidents were linked to dairy farms. Plus, one in five horses used for leisure riding is overweight according to new research from Nottingham University.
