National Parks warn English landscapes may suffer, as government cuts their budgets by £3 million this year. Charlotte Smith hears that country of origin labels may become compulsory for fresh food. The European Parliament has voted in favour of labelling which could see an end to foreign meat and fish being labelled as British. The National Farmers Union describes it as good news for consumers and farmers.
