With rural thefts on the increase, police in Hampshire are using new technology to chemically 'tag' fuel so diesel stolen straight from tractor tanks and the thieves can be traced. As the Dairy Event in Birmingham prepares for more than 14 thousand visitors Farming Today sees how last minute checks are being made at the livestock show and hears how a dairy farmer's venture to produce clotted cream saved his business.
