Fairly Odd Parents - Series 3 - Kung Timmy

Children's animated series about a boy with magical fairy godparents. Timmy wishes he knew kung fu, so he could deal with a bully. The problem is that they have a third degree black-belt with lethal weapon hands, and Da Rules say kung fu must only be used in self defence.
