Ben Fogle chose a team of adventurers for his trip to the Himalayas in a previous episode, and they're now on the final push to the sacred lakes of Panch Pokhari. Over 4,000 metres above sea level, the path runs out and Ben's team have to scramble up sheer walls of rock and ice. Morale is at an all time low.
