Nick Bryant meets the President of the World Anti-Doping Agency, John Fahey. Four and a half thousand drugs tests will be performed on athletes at the Beijing Olympics, more than ever before. IOC President Jacque Rogge has said as many as 40 athletes could test positive in Beijing. And yet there are still concerns about whether the tests for drugs such as human growth hormone are effective. Are the cheats still ahead of the anti-doping authorities?
