Lucy Ash meets chastened developer Simon Kelly, a victim of the property crash in Ireland and one of five Europeans whose lives reflect the crisis in the continent's economy. Kelly was once the poster boy in a world where property developers made huge sums of money, but now he's broke and belongs to a vilified breed.
