Ethelbert the Tiger

Children's animation in which Ethelbert and his friend Dilip travel through the magic waterfall to different parts of the world. Ethelbert is having problems opening a nut. He meets a young sea otter who is having problems opening oysters. Together they realise that experience often provides a simple solution.
