Ethelbert the Tiger

Cartoon about Ethelbert, a mischievous tiger cub, and his friend Dilip, who travel through a magic waterfall to different parts of the world. Nobody will play with Ethelbert in the hot sun. He and Dilip travel to an overcast rocky coastline, but the statuelike iguanas won't play with him either - until the sun comes out. Ethelbert quickly realises that games in the hot sun are good for some and not for others.
