Ethelbert the Tiger

Animation about a mischievous tiger cub and his friend Dilip, who travel through a magic waterfall to different parts of the world. Ethelbert thinks he is brilliant at hide-and-seek but no-one will play with him. He meets an Arctic fox who teaches him to be even better at it.
