Ethelbert the Tiger

The animated adventures of a mischievous tiger cub and his friend as they travel through a magic waterfall to different parts of the world, exploring and having fun. Ethelbert can't understand why some things have to change - he would like everything to stay the same forever. But when he helps a grumpy snake shed his skin, he sees that change can sometimes be for the better.
