Ethelbert the Tiger

Animated adventures of a mischievous tiger cub and his friend Dilip. Ethelbert is fed up with being little - he can't do anything. The magic raft takes Ethelbert and Dilip to Africa where they find a baby elephant in trouble. Ethelbert saves the day because he is so small.
