Escape to the Country - Series 8 - Peak District

Alistair Appleton is in the Peak District with a couple who want to escape to a rural retreat. They have a parent moving with them, so need an annexe, and ideally would like a project they can do up themselves. Alistair shows them a selection, but how big a project are they prepared for?
