Alistair Appleton is on the Jurassic Coast in Devon with a couple who have a one million pound budget. They want to be near the coast to go fossil-hunting and chill out. Property-wise, trouble occurs when one wants period features and the other wants contemporary. Can Alistair find them a home that keeps them both happy?
