Series which helps prospective buyers find their dream home in the country. Alistair Appleton is in North Devon with buyers James Youens and Monica Lopez Gomez. James and Monica live in Cheshunt, Hertfordshire and are keen to trade in city life for the wilds of North Devon. James wants to live on the coast, while Monica prefers village life inland. Alistair has to find a house that will appeal to them both.
