Escape to the Country - Series 10 - North Devon

Series in which prospective buyers are helped to find their dream home in the country. With a budget of 550,000 pounds, Jules Hudson is helping a couple fulfill their big property ambitions. They are looking for a detached house with four bedrooms, a large country kitchen and a level garden for their girls to play in, which in hilly north Devon, isn't as easy as it sounds. They're also after easy access to good schools and want to be within a 15 minute drive of the coast. To top it all, they'd like the house to come with business potential.
