Celebrity MasterChef winner Nadia Sawalha is sent on a dramatic, colourful and tasty culinary journey through some of the best restaurants in Europe and beyond, by some of the best chefs in the UK. Each week, Nadia is challenged to recreate a famous chef's most memorable holiday meal in the very same restaurant in which they originally ate it. She has just two days to slot into a working kitchen, learn the recipes and source the ingredients before then having to serve the meal to her mystery challenger. The twist? She doesn't know who she is cooking for until they eventually walk through the restaurant door. This time it's more a case of Kitchen Nightmares in the Sun than Eating in the Sun, as Nadia comes face to face with a true bruiser in the kitchens of a top end Spanish restaurant. In the stunning Andalucian town of Ronda, Nadia is challenged to cook a beautiful tomato starter, a hake fish main and a fabulous pineapple crackling dessert. Given that the mystery chef has requested that Nadia cook alongside one of the toughest and angriest Spanish chefs in the world, and with every dish a major work of art, this is probably Nadia's toughest challenge yet. For the first time in the series Nadia actually finds herself hurled out of the restaurant kitchen!
