Celebrity MasterChef winner Nadia Sawalha is sent on a dramatic, colourful and tasty culinary journey through some of the best restaurants in Europe and beyond, by some of the best chefs in the UK. Each week, Nadia is challenged to recreate a famous chef's most memorable holiday meal in the very same restaurant in which they originally ate it. She has just two days to slot into a working kitchen, learn the recipes and source the ingredients before then having to serve the meal to her mystery challenger. The twist? She doesn't know who she is cooking for until they eventually walk through the restaurant door. Nadia is challenged by one of the UK's leading culinary lights, to head off to one of the most romantic spots in Italy - the Amalfi Coast. Once there she cooks in a one Michelin star restaurant, learning how to make a highly complex prawn carpaccio starter, a deceptively simple spaghetti main course, and a divine yoghurt and meringue trifle dessert. En route to her D-Day in the kitchen, she takes in how to make a classic regional beverage, limoncello - and (of course) makes her own pizza in a wood fired oven overlooking the sea. As Nadia's mystery chef arrives to reminisce about his honeymoon meal seven years ago, the pressure is on - this resataurant has (after all) served the likes of Julia Roberts, Gwyneth Paltrow and even Jamie Oliver! How will she fare as she serves up a three course meal in the midday sun? Will she recreate his honeymoon memories? Or will she wreck one of his most precious dining memories?
