Celebrity MasterChef winner Nadia Sawalha is sent on a dramatic, colourful and tasty culinary journey through some of the best restaurants in Europe and beyond, by some of the best chefs in the UK. Each week, Nadia is challenged to recreate a famous chef's most memorable holiday meal in the very same restaurant in which they originally ate it. She has just two days to slot into a working kitchen, learn the recipes and source the ingredients before then having to serve the meal to her mystery challenger. The twist? She doesn't know who she is cooking for until they eventually walk through the restaurant door. Nadia is thrown into a Michelin-starred restaurant in the historic French town of Nimes. She gets frighteningly close to the region's Camargue bulls as she researches how to cook the perfect bull fillet, struggles to make a dessert that has more than 12 different cooking processes to it, and gets up frighteningly early to find out how the French make their beautiful bread. Has she finally reached the limit of her cooking skills? Could this all be a recipe for disaster? Things get very stressful indeed as Nadia discovers she is cooking for possibly one of the UK's greatest and most sophisticated chefs. How will Nadia's race against time and culinary expertise pan out? It's not looking good...
