Eating in the Sun - Marrakech

Celebrity MasterChef winner Nadia Sawalha is sent on a dramatic, colourful and tasty culinary journey through some of the best restaurants in Europe and beyond, by some of the best chefs in the UK. Each week, Nadia is challenged to recreate a famous chef's most memorable holiday meal in the very same restaurant in which they originally ate it. She has just two days to slot into a working kitchen, learn the recipes and source the ingredients before then having to serve the meal to her mystery challenger. The twist? She doesn't know who she is cooking for until they eventually walk through the restaurant door. Nadia gets very hot and spicy under the collar as she tries to cook a four-course meal in a kitchen serving the finest gourmet Moroccan cuisine in the heart of Marrakech. Who is her culinary challenger of the day? Has she bitten off more than she can chew as she grapples with spicy tagines, traditional tangias and succulent bastillas? Or will she simply run out of time as she darts around the desert cooking couscous with Berber chefs, and picking beautiful saffron fronds in preparation for judgment day?
