Celebrity MasterChef winner Nadia Sawalha is sent on a dramatic, colourful and tasty culinary journey through some of the best restaurants in Europe and beyond, by some of the best chefs in the UK. Each week, Nadia is challenged to recreate a famous chef's most memorable holiday meal in the same restaurant in which they originally ate it. She has just two days to slot into a working kitchen, learn the recipes and source the ingredients before having to serve the meal to her mystery challenger. The twist? She doesn't know who she is cooking for until they walk through the restaurant door. Nadia is in southern Spain, near the town of Cadiz. Whoever her challenger of the day is, they have a wicked sense of humour, as she struggles to master a very difficult regional starter of salt mine fritters, a squid and crab main course, and a delicious sherry ice cream and apple sable dessert. Nadia finds herself bashing olive trees with some strapping Spanish chaps, and just when she has got her head around the menu her mystery chef really puts her to the test and springs a surprise gazpacho on her. So, who is the mystery challenger? Will she go to pieces when she finally finds out who she's cooking for? Will her Spanish feast prove to be a success or a failure? Or has she bitten off more than she can... cook?
