Danielle gives Archie the wedding card signed from ‘your granddaughter’ which he subsequently tears up. Danielle is thrilled to babysit Amy while Roxy goes to the salon. As the Mitchell’s leave for the wedding rehearsal, Danielle sneaks upstairs at the Vic. She writes her birthday in the calendar and looks at the family photos. Returning home, Archie’s shaken to see that Danielle has put her locket on Amy. Finding Danielle upstairs, he throws her out. Danielle later happily looks at a photo of her and Amy and a frame she’s bought. As Archie comes to scold Danielle for her stunt with the necklace, Danielle snaps: either Archie tells Ronnie before the wedding or she will. Archie gives Peggy a photo of himself to put in her locket. Pat warns her against being controlled by Archie. Janine promises to keep Ricky’s secret safe and again manipulates him into letting her babysit Tiffany. Having persuaded Rupert to give her another chance, Janine and Tiffany prepare a tea party. Janine begins to warm to Tiffany. Bianca’s furious to discover that Tiffany has been with Janine again. As Bianca accuses Janine of knowing nothing about happy families, Janine bristles at the hypocrisy, but steals herself from mentioning she knows the truth about Tiffany. Outraged, she takes Terrence back, to Tiffany’s dismay. Pat tells Bianca that Janine will get what’s coming to her. Jane is baffled to see there’s no meat on the wedding catering invoice. Finding Chops in the kitchen, Jane realises Ian’s plans for cutting costs on meat. Chops escapes: only to be discovered by Peggy in the cellar of the Vic. Jane’s horrified when Ian suggests killing the pig and tells him to return it to Mo. Thanks to Bradley’s advice and encouragement, Jean manages to get a job.
