Shirley re-watches the CCTV footage of Suzy buying tampons at the Minute Mart and tells Heather she is going to show it to Phil. Shirley organises a karaoke night in the Vic with a large TV screen. Shirley’s plan to show the DVD at the karaoke is ruined when Suzy discovers her plan. Suzy tells Shirley she destroyed the DVD. Later Shirley tells Phil Suzy is taking him for a mug – she’s not pregnant. At Pat’s Janine sits miserably. She then upsets Whitney but protests her innocence to Bianca. Janine cheers up when she discovers she is in her late husband’s will but later returns in a foul mood. She reveals to Pat that David only left her a stuffed cat. Janine is shocked to discover Whitney was abused by Tony and feels terrible for her earlier comments. As she leaves the square Janine notices Frank’s plaque in the Gardens. Janine returns to Pat’s. Jean returns from holiday and is upset to discover Roxy has given birth without her knowing. Sean invites Jean and the rest of the Slaters’ round to the Vic. Jean gives Sean a present. Roxy suggests a joint Slaters’, Mitchells’ Christmas lunch but neither side can agree on where to hold the lunch. Later Archie looks at the paternity test results. Unaware Sean sits cuddling Amy and discovers Jean’s present is her diamond engagement ring. Bianca tries to ignore everybody staring and whispering but eventually snaps and berates some customers in the Café. Ian overhears and sacks Bianca. Jane secretly buys some cheap Christmas decorations from Mo and hides them from Ian. Danielle returns to the square - Stacey is pleased to see her but worries when Danielle seems down. Later Danielle ignores a call from her Dad and looks longingly at Ronnie.
