Max desperately tries to get in touch with Lauren to let her know Tanya is coming home. He then persuades a reluctant Jane to be part of Tanya’s welcome home committee. Later Jane’s angry when she discovers Max hasn’t told Tanya that Lauren is in care. Tanya returns and is delighted to see Abi and Oscar, but less so to see Max and Jane. Tanya waits for Abi to leave before slapping Max and throwing a glass of wine at Jane. She reveals she knows Lauren’s in care. Tanya tells Max and Jane to get out. Billy admits to Pat that it’s a nightmare living with Janine and Jay at the moment as they are constantly arguing. Pat offers to take Janine with her to visit Diane in Paris but Janine throws it back in her face. Later Janine changes her mind when the only job she can get is cleaning at R&R – she’d rather go on holiday with Pat. Her plan is ruined though when she can’t resist stealing from Peggy again. Janine tries to blame Jay for stealing Peggy’s purse but Peggy finds her purse in Janine’s bag. Upset that nobody believed him the first time Janine set him up Jay walks off. Peggy tells Janine she will pay her back and Janine maliciously assures her she’ll pay her back alright, with interest. Jane and Ian try not to worry about their tight financial situation but when Ian returns from a disastrous bank meeting he tells Christian he needs to pull out of Fit For A Queen. Danielle receives a text from the clinic confirming her appointment for an abortion. Desperate for advice she tries to talk to Stacey but changes her mind when Stacey admits she feels weighed down by everyone else’s problems.
