Ronnie finds ‘evil cow’ painted on her front door. Archie, Billy and Roxy visit Peggy in hospital, leaving Amy with Danielle. Ronnie and Pat follow. Archie worries that Peggy’s cancer might be back. Peggy says they’re looking for signs of a minor stroke and Archie thinks it’s due to stress. Archie asks Ronnie to get some things for Peggy; Ronnie panics when she arrives at the Vic and Danielle and Amy aren’t there. Danielle’s only taken Amy to the park and returns to the pub whilst Ronnie’s out looking for her. Danielle questions Ronnie about the time she spent with her daughter and admits she can’t stop thinking about the baby she aborted. Danielle tells Ronnie she’d have been a great mum. Peggy tells Billy he’s like a son to her. Peggy wants Archie’s blessing to carry on with the election campaign, but he says she either gives it up or the weddings off. At the Vic Ronnie becomes angry with Danielle who calls her an evil cow. Ronnie realises Danielle painted the words on her front door. Max wants to see Lauren and asks Tanya to give her some money. Tanya sees a photo of herself in Max’s wallet, he admits he still loves her. Later, Max looks through Tanya’s address book when she’s out of the room. Theo hasn’t called, Chelsea’s upset and Patrick’s relieved. Lucas was supposed to set up a meeting between Theo and Patrick but hasn’t. When Chelsea says Theo was the first decent guy to be interested in her, Lucas encourages her to call him. Chelsea invites Theo to dinner and tells Patrick Theo still wants to talk to him about the book he’s researching. Billy tells Pat he doesn’t know where Jay is and will never forgive himself if something happens to him.
