In the toilet of R&R, Lucas sees one of Ellis’ friends doing coke. Furious, Lucas pulls Chelsea aside. She swears that she and Ellis aren’t doing drugs. Later, when Chelsea drops her bag, Lucas finds a wrap of coke inside. When he confronts her about it, Chelsea’s defensive, claiming she was holding it for a friend. She vehemently defends Ellis, maintaining he doesn’t touch drugs. Lucas is unconvinced and tells her to flush the coke down the toilet. Later, as Ellis makes a phone call outside R&R, Lucas appears and punches him to the floor. Jean is overjoyed when a bedraggled Stacey returns home. Her excitement is short-lived as it dawns on her that something is very wrong with Stacey, who just stares into space. Realising what Stacey’s going through, Jean is determined to take care of her. Mo urges Jean to take Stacey to a doctor and is pleased when Jean relents and heads out with Stacey. Jean instead takes a despondent Stacey to the Square where she promises to look after her. Hearing from Max about Stacey, Tanya worries that they’re partly responsible for whatever she’s going through. Concerned, she later visits Stacey and is shocked at the state she’s in. Hearing about his responsibilities, James worries what Christian’s doing with his life. Christian goes to kiss James, but is knocked back when James reveals he’s in a relationship. Stung, Christian kicks him out. Janine is less than pleased to discover that Amira will be moving into the flat instead of Syed. Janine and Amira take an instant dislike to each other. Manda, Minty, Jack and Ronnie play strip poker. Minty invites Manda back to his, but she makes excuses and leaves. Whitney reveals Debra’s envelope to Darren. Darren offers her a job at the car lot.
