It’s Amy’s first full day at nursery, Jack and Roxy take her together. Glenda tries to apologise to Ronnie. Ronnie tells Glenda she’s giving her a second chance because Peggy asked her to, she can come to the wedding. Ronnie phones Sam. Everyone gathers for the paternity test results. Sam phones the clinic and announces that Ricky’s the father. Sam’s hopeful Ricky will leave Bianca to be with her. Bianca tells Ricky to pack and get out, he insists he can’t walk away from the baby, but Sam never be part of his life – he loves Bianca. Ronnie admits to Jack and Roxy she’s five months pregnant. Bianca realises they only have Sam’s word for the test results and phones the clinic. She has the results couriered over and reveals that Jack’s the baby’s father. Ricky’s furious with Sam, she insists Ronnie made her lie. Heather feels threatened by Sam, she tries and fails to throw her out. Convinced Ricky will soon be hers, Sam assures Heather she’ll tell Minty she’s not interested in him. Shirley moves back in with Phil. She worries when Phil disappears and finds him trying to fix something in the Arches. Shirley takes Phil home, where he sits staring at photos of Ben and Louise. Billy wonders if they should get Phil some proper help, but Shirley thinks she’s got it covered. Billy goads Phil, insisting he’s pathetic, Phil doesn’t respond. Charlie’s determined to get Stacey back on her medication and tries to persuade Dot to talk to her. Dot doesn’t want to get involved and eventually snaps, telling Charlie that Lily’s not Bradley’s child. Charlie confronts Stacey, he grabs her and tries to force a tablet down her throat. Stacey‘s already taken her medication. Charlie leaves, ashamed with himself.
