Billie’s family are still in shock, trying to cope with his death. Tanya’s stayed overnight with Abi and Lauren, but soon realises Max has everything under control and she’s surplus to requirements. Bianca tells Carol that Alan’s phoned, he’s on his way. Jack admits to Max he can’t help thinking Billie’s death was karma. Jack and Max visit Carol. Abi feigns tears, so Darren will hold her. Carol tries to shave Jim, but they’re soon overcome with emotion and cling to each other, crying. Carol manages to avoid Alan’s visit, Bianca has to tell him about Billie. Carol watches Lauren try to persuade Peter to get drunk with her. Carol drags Lauren home and accuses her of egging Billie on, causing his death. Max turns on his sister, telling her Billie learnt to drink in the army, he was in the army to get away from her, so if anyone’s to blame for Billie’s death, it’s Carol. Billy won’t tell Jay who Julie Perkins is, so Jay searches for her online. Jay and Phil discover a shared interest in boxing. Billy’s upset when Jay turns down the chance of going go-karting with him tomorrow in favour of going to Phil’s friend’s boxing club. Whitney hurriedly leaves after spending the night with Peter. Tanya introduces Greg to Jane. The women have coffee at the Beales’. They realise Whitney and Peter had sex, after finding Whitney’s phone. Jane returns the phone. Whitney discovers an unread text from Billie ‘Come home, I still love you’. Grief stricken, Whitney lights candles and places the doll Billie gave her underneath his ‘Witney’ graffiti. She replies to his text ‘I love you too’. Later, Peter tells Whitney he had the best night of his life, he’s hurt when she insists it was the worst night of hers.
