EastEnders - 11/09/2009

At breakfast, tensions run high in the overcrowded Vic. Peggy wants to throw Sam and Ricky an engagement party before they leave. Pat and Bianca question Ricky about Brazil and he admits they're leaving tonight. Pat persuades Bianca not to call the police. Roxy accidentally tells Archie about the engagement party. At the party, Bianca tries and fails to tell Ricky she has feelings for him. Whitney tells Sam that Ricky should be with Bianca, but Sam claims Ricky always loved her. Sam and Bianca fight. Phil discovers that Archie knows about Sam and decides she should go to the airport straight away. Sam reacts badly when Jay makes inappropriate comments about her. As Ricky and Sam dance, Bianca, Archie, Ronnie, Roxy, Jay and Whitney all make phone calls. The police arrive at the Vic looking for Sam, she and Ricky sneak out and head for the Arches. There, Ricky suggests that Sam stop running. Sam takes a car and tries to drive off, but the empty petrol tank prevents her getting very far. Abandoning the car, Sam runs to the tube station, where the police arrest her. Lucas is still preoccupied with the bracelet. After talking to Jordan, he returns to the Summerhouse and finds it crawling with flies; Lucas retches and can't bring himself to go in. Later, Lucas hides the bracelet in Jordan's model boat. Ryan mugs Chelsea then tells her it must have been kids. He helps find her bag and Chelsea offers to buy him a drink. Janine finds Chelsea's stolen money on Ryan's bed. Ryan returns home to find Janine naked on his bed, covered in cash. Adam confronts Minty about Sam, Minty tells him she's just a friend, but Adam isn't convinced. Ronnie finds Joel at the park spending time with his daughter Hannah.
