It’s the day of Lauren’s trial and Tanya, Peter and Max must all give evidence. Tanya and Peter both struggle with their statements. Jane then reveals Stacey is refusing to give evidence. Later Max is forced to answer questions about his affair with Stacey. Max admits everything was his fault – he pushed Lauren to the limit but immediately regrets his words when they are used to suggest Lauren hated him on the night she tried to kill him. Theo helps Chelsea prove herself to Tanya by opening up Booty’s for the day. Libby is pleased to see Chelsea happy but grows suspicious of Theo when he avoids her questions about his law degree. Later Libby secretly looks through Theo’s pockets and is shocked by a letter she finds. Phil finds a resolute Peggy sitting in the Vic’s living room - she won’t be able to rest until he’s dealt with Archie. Later Billy panics when he overhears Peggy and Phil discussing Archie but Phil covers that they were never going to kill Archie – just make his life hell, starting with towing his car. Peggy is unhappy until Phil reveals everything is in place – he will kill Archie tomorrow. Ricky is relieved to get his job back at the car lot but later complains to Pat about Darren’s inflated ego. Todd and Whitney’s game on the console is cut short when Todd finds something crawling on his t-shirt just as Tiffany realises Herbert her pet caterpillar is missing… Misreading the situation Ricky throws Todd out. Mo shows off her new camera phone to Charlie and later uses it to catch Brenda greeting a mystery man. She shows the damning evidence to Jean. A pompous Darren tries to assert his new status but Pat warns him to be careful about going in to business with Jack.
