EastEnders - 06/04/2009

Peggy returns to the Vic. She tells a surprised Roxy and Phil she’s over Archie and wants everything back to normal. When she sees Archie in the Mitchell family portrait she tells Phil to get rid of it. Roxy is shocked to find Archie still in the Square – she tells him he means nothing to her. Peggy calls Archie. He arrives at the Vic and is distraught when Peggy throws all the clothes and jewellery he made her wear at him. Later Peggy asks Phil to do something for her – kill Archie. Ronnie discovers Danielle had written her birthday on the Mitchell calendar. She tries to find out from Stacey why Danielle never told her the truth but an angry Stacey can’t give her the answers she needs. Stacey tries to get back to normal but everything reminds her of Danielle. She tells Mo she is not giving evidence at Lauren’s trial and decides to drown her sorrows in the Vic. Later, she tries it on with Theo but after a fight with Chelsea is kicked out. Chelsea admits to Patrick she’s worried Theo isn’t interested in her. Patrick spends the afternoon with Tommy but manages to avoid his questions about the past. After the upset in the Vic Theo finds Chelsea and proves how much he likes her with a kiss. Theo tells Tommy he really likes Chelsea – worried, Tommy invites Theo for a drink. Ben helps Abi realise how scared Lauren must be about her trial tomorrow. Abi tells Tanya she wants Lauren to come home. Tanya returns from visiting Lauren and tells Max Lauren wants to come home after the trial. Jacks helps out Darren when he struggles to find road worthy cars by giving him Pat’s old fleet of cars and tells him they are now quits.
