Just seven teams are now in the running, having made it through to the second Drop Zone, 2,000 metres above sea level in the Austrian Alps. Presenter Steve Jones briefs the teams on the next gruelling physical and mental challenges they'll need to complete to reach the next stage of the competition. They're all fired up to succeed, but the team who are last to find the chopper will be left behind. As well as contending with the treacherous mountain terrain of the Austrian Alps, the teams also face three bizarre-yet-challenging tasks. In the whiplash challenge, they have to use four metre long whips to smash six pieces of crockery before they are able to leave the start line. During an exhausting trek, each team must memorise as many traditional Austrian dishes as they can before they are put to the taste test - the teams who name the most dishes get a night in a luxury hotel, but those whose palates let them down must endure a night in a cow barn. The next day, the teams must attempt to herd cows half a mile up a mountain to a milking shed. Then the race is on to find the chopper to take them out of there and onto the next Drop Zone. Can family team, Pony Club, demonstrate enough unity to make it through? Will the Cockney Cabbies' legendary sense of direction desert them? Will the trendy trio, The Fashionistas, manage to crack the whip? Of the seven teams, only six will make it to the next stunning location - the Greek island of Milos.
