Consumer show that goes to extreme lengths to make viewers aware of their rights so they can fight back and avoid being screwed. On the receiving end of the team's appalling customer service are two passengers who miss their flight because of an inept taxi driver, a shopper who is refused a refund on a ruined sale t-shirt and a couple who have their romantic weekend away ruined.
