Consumer show that goes to extreme lengths to make viewers aware of their rights so they can fight back and avoid being screwed. On the receiving end of the team's appalling customer service are a group of students who have their celebratory meal ruined by their waiting staff, a motorist who gets an unexpected garage bill and a couple of lads who get taken for a ride by the taxi driver from hell.
