Consumer show that goes to extreme lengths to make viewers aware of their rights so they can fight back and avoid being screwed. On the receiving end of the team's appalling customer service are a tenant who unfairly gets his gear taken by the bailiffs, two friends who unknowingly buy fake aftershave and a man who gets his jeans stolen from a shop changing room.
