Dominic Littlewood fights for the rights of consumers and passes on the tricks of the trade to save cash on the high street. He takes on high street giant Argos, trying to help a customer who bought a faulty treadmill. He also helps one lucky shopper upgrade their garden furniture with some outrageous negotiations.
