In an exclusive BBC interview an inmate of Ford open prison says the ringleaders of the New Year's Day riots there should not be in a low security jail. Dominic King talks to political reporter Katie Inman about Surrey County Council's plans to cut its budget by £60m next year. The council also plans to shed 650 jobs.
