Simon tries to help an old friend whose partner has left him for a woman, while Imogen fails to impress Karen with her new piercing. Much to Karen's dismay, Julia offers Imogen some work experience at the Mill. Elsewhere, Cherry becomes increasingly worried by Michelle's erratic behaviour.
