Update on the 1980s series about a group of doctors just starting out on their careers. David Copping always wanted to be a GP, even though it was the less glamorous side of medicine. But by choosing general practice at its nadir meant David had the pick of the jobs, and now the government has boosted GPs' salaries and cut their night work. Working four days a week for a high salary, life is good. Life may be better for GPs, but are the patients getting what they need from them?
