Dev - Tuesday: Dev thinks a spider is hatching out of him

Dev has discovered a worrying array of lumps on his chest by his right arm. Thanks for all your concern, but it is definitely not his nipple. He’s worried a spider might hatch out of it or worse still, burrow into his skin. Does anyone have any advice?
