One is Josh Bray, a Devon-born folk blues artist whose music has drawn comparisons with Nick Drake, John Martyn and Jose Gonzales. And the other is James Vincent McMorrow, a singer-songwriter from Dublin, who draws on his childhood love of Roald Dahl and a fascination with American novelists like John Steinbeck and F Scott Fitzgerald.
