Dennis & Gnasher - The Mystery of the Missing Teapot

Animation. Dennis lives in Beanotown with Mum, Dad, little sister Bea and his pet dog Gnasher. Gnasher is more than a dog to Dennis; he is a kindred spirit. Whatever Dennis does, Gnasher does with him. Together with their friends Curly and Pie Face, Dennis and Gnasher believe the world truly is their oyster and that kids should make the rules. Not everyone agrees, including Mum and Dad. But Dennis and Gnasher are not going to let that stand in the way of their pursuit of fun! Mum is clearing out the house and giving orders to Dennis to pack up some old junk and then clean his room. Dennis helps Dad pack away some of his unwanted items, and comes across a bundle of objects that inspires him to be a private investigator. Gran comes round to see if she can find one of her old teapots as she needs it for a date with a gentleman later on that day. Dennis takes up the missing teapot as his first case. Dennis and Gnasher start off their trail, searching the town for the teapot. Finally, Dennis insists that they go back to the crime scene to investigate, and just as Gran has given up hope of finding the teapot in time for her date, Dennis sees Dad with the teapot. Gran rushes towards it and drops it. Dennis is devastated that it is smashed, but Gran reveals that it was what was inside the teapot that mattered most - her extra special set of diamond-encrusted false teeth! As she pops the teeth into her mouth, she does so just in time for the arrival of her date. The only thing left to do now, as Mum reminds Dennis, is to tidy his room.
