Teen drama series. A new generation of kids living on Toronto's Degrassi Street start out at Degrassi Community School. Like their predecessors in Degrassi Junior High they have to learn to deal with the ups and downs of teenage life. Jane finds life tough when she tries to get on the boys' football team, but she gives as good as she gets. Darcy goes to Kenya and leaves it late to break the news to Peter, who quickly finds sympathy from Mia.
