Dave Pearce presents classic dance anthems from the last three decades of club culture. On this week's show there's another featured record label profile, brand new unsigned music and in the last half hour a guest mix from old skool ravers Shades of Rhythm. Best known for their hits 'Sound Of Eden' and 'Extacy' which conquered the charts in the early 1990s, Shades of Rhythm were one of the stalwarts of the rave scene. Hailing from Peterborough, the band soon built up a reputation as a formidable live act and headlined every major party of the era including Fantazia, Raindance, Sunrise and Amnesia. They later signed to Trevor Horn's ZTT Records and have been remixed by X-Press 2 and Joey Negro. As the band prepare to reissue their debut album 20 years on, they go in the mix for Dave, playing a selection of old-skool classics.
